Notes to the rental rates
- Prices are for the property, not per person.
- Prices include towels and bed linen (please bring own pool/beach towels).
- A cleaning charge of 35 Euros + 8 Euros per person will be required on departure
(eg A total of 67 Euros for 4 people).
- A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, balance to be paid
6 weeks prior to holiday.
- A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required with the balance.
- A charge of 20 Euros will be made for arrivals between 8pm and 9am.
